Beef Purchase & Buyers Club
Our beef is sold through a Buyers Club made up of long-standing customers who have supported our farm for years. Buyers Club members always receive first priority when beef shares become available.
If an existing member cancels or does not reserve their share for a given harvest, that opening is released to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. Any available shares will be announced on Instagram and Facebook, and spots are filled quickly.
Harvest Season & Quality Standards
We harvest beef from May through December only. We DO NOT harvest during the winter months, as cattle taken off dormant forage produce an inferior product.
We only harvest animals off actively growing pasture to ensure proper finish and the highest-quality grass-finished beef.

Pricing
Our beef is priced all-inclusive and based on current market conditions, reflecting the true cost of raising high-quality, grass-finished beef the right way. Pricing includes custom processing, USDA inspection, dry-aging, vacuum-sealed packaging, and delivery—there are no hidden fees.
A $250 deposit is required 30 days prior to harvest, and your final price is locked in at the time the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due at delivery.
We proudly offer a 10% discount to active-duty military, veterans, first responders, teachers, and nurses.
Pricing Example – Half Beef
A typical half beef comes from a 1,000 lb steer and yields approximately 300 lbs of hanging weight, resulting in about 180 lbs of take-home beef.
